Burton Market hosts successful first Young Trader Market

As part of a national campaign organised by the National Market Traders Federation, to encourage more young market traders, Burton Market hosted its first dedicated Young Trader market on Wednesday 26th June 2019.

The market featured a range of young traders aged between 16 and 30 from the local area, selling a wide variety of products.

The successful traders, as chosen by a judging panel, will not only receive the opportunity to trade for free in the Market Hall, but will also go on to represent East Staffordshire at the regional finals in Wolverhampton in August. These traders include:

Paige Bird – Baby Birds Castings

Nicole Herbert - Under Construction Crafts

Kimberley Gregory – HiKo Scented Wax

Jennifer Bagworth – Mama & Munchkin

Alice Steel – Alice Louisa Design

If you’re aged between 16 and 30 and would like to trade at Burton Market Hall, email markets@eaststaffsbc.gov.uk
