Register for Future Procurement Opportunities
The Council is utilising a mechanism that allows suppliers to register for future procurement opportunities in specific categories of work.
This service is FREE and will be used to manage tender and sourcing activities.
The Delta eSourcing tool will help to transform buying behaviour whilst promoting opportunity, fairness, transparency and efficiency.
The Registration Process
Registration is quick and easy. To complete your profile, simply:
- Register on Delta
- Log in and navigate from the Dashboard to Profile Manager
- Complete your details and publish your profile
- Use Response Manager to enter the appropriate code(s) for your business specifications, according to the Categories displayed in the table below
- Once you have completed your registration we ask that you regularly update your supplier profile in order to maintain its visibility to the Council's user community
This is not an approved suppliers list. The Services / Goods / Works Categories are a method for the Council to engage with suppliers for them to to register an interest for any potential future procurement opportunities that may become available. It provides an opportunity for suppliers who register their details and select the appropriate categories to be invited to quote when an opportunity does become available.
East Staffordshire Borough Council does not guarantee that opportunities to provide services / goods / works will be made available to suppliers. All procurement opportunities may also subject to the standard finance, legal and health & safety assessments which suppliers must pass before a contract can be awarded.
