Able Too United is a FA Charter Standard Pan-disability Football Club, which offers people the opportunity to play football. Able Too United also play in the Staffordshire Ability Counts League, with other similar clubs across the County.
A range of adapted bikes, including tricycles, wheelchair tandems, companion bikes and many more that cater for a broad range of impairments. Our bikes are suitable for ages 2 and upwards.

Participants have the opportunity to use Meadowside Leisure Centre on Saturday mornings on a fortnightly basis. Activities include Soft Play, Swimming and Badminton.
St George's Knights Powerchair Football Team are the only powerchair team in the whole of Staffordshire. We play in the WFA National League and have teams from Beginners to Premiership level.
High 5 & Junior Netball is 1 hour of skills and drills followed by skill related and small sided games, suitable for all abiliites. Sessions are led by our qualified Level 2 Nebtall Coach.
Back 2 Netball provides a gentle introduction for female players over the age of 16. Sessions are coach led and cover basic skills, development and court play. The emphasis is on learning new skills and having fun.
Walking Netball is a slower version of the game, it is netball, but at a walking pace. The game has been designed so that anyone can play it regardless of age or fitness level. From those who have dropped out of the sport they love due to serious injury, to those who believed they had hung up their netball trainers many years ago, it really is for everyone.
This group caters for all those who have a love of words and who like to keep the mind active. Topical discussion and reading catering for a wide variety of tastes.
A course where participants will have the opportunity for independent development of their artwork, with encouragement to develop and further their ideas. Demonstrations are also given on all types of different techniques by our experienced local Art Tutor.

Join our Sports Leaders as they deliver a fun multi-sports and games session suitable for ages 6 - 16 of all abilities. Please bring along a packed lunch and plenty to drink and be dressed appropriately to take part. All our sessions are led by trained Sports Leaders ,who have been DBS Checked and First Aid Trained.

Walking for Health East Staffordshire is your local Walking Group for the Health Scheme. Our walks are free, fun and friendly – perfect to help you get active and meet new people. If you’d like to take part, all you have to do is come along to the start point of one of our walks a few minutes early, so that one of our trained Walk Leaders can take your details. Then you’re free to take part in as many walks as you like, as often as you like. If you want to know more before you start, just get in touch.
