Able Too Football
Able Too United is a FA Charter Standard Pan-disability Football Club, which offers people the opportunity to play football. Able Too United also play in the Staffordshire Ability Counts League, with other similar clubs across the County.
St George's Knights Powerchair Football Team are the only powerchair team in the whole of Staffordshire. We play in the WFA National League and have teams from Beginners to Premiership level.
High 5 & Junior Netball is 1 hour of skills followed by skill related and small sided games, suitable for all abilities. Sessions are led by our qualified Level 2 Netball Coach.
Walking Netball is a slower version of the game, it is netball, but at a walking pace. The game has been designed so that anyone can play it regardless of age or fitness level. From those who have dropped out of the sport they love due to serious injury, to those who believed they had hung up their netball trainers many years ago, it really is for everyone.

A course where participants will have the opportunity for independent development of their artwork, with encouragement to further develop and further their ideas. Demonstrations are also given on all types of techniques by our experienced local Art Tutor.
An easy to follow, low impact and fun exercise class for older people to help improve your strength balance and co-ordination. Come along and exercise to music from the good old days, Seated or standing you choose.
Offer both in centre Sports / Activity Camps alongside Community sessions on various local parks.

Walking for Health East Staffordshire is your local Walking Group for the Health Scheme. Our walks are free, fun and friendly – perfect to help you get active and meet new people. If you’d like to take part, all you have to do is come along to the start point of one of our walks a few minutes early, so that one of our trained Walk Leaders can take your details. Then you’re free to take part in as many walks as you like, as often as you like. If you want to know more before you start, just get in touch.
Didi Athletes, Little Athletes & Mini Athletes - 3 progressive classes, children go on a fantastic journey in athletic movement. They are introduced to the basics of athletic movement skills (running, jumping, throwing) in a play based yet structured format. Children are encouraged to develop athletic skills that are fundamental to their early physical development. In addition, the exercises build cognitive and social skills, preparing them for the early learning goals.
