Find out status of claim

To find out the status of your claim you can either:

  • Write to the Benefits section, ESBC, PO Box 8045, Burton upon Trent, DE14 9JG
  • Telephone 01283 508422, weekdays from 9am to 1pm
  • Call in to see a customer service officer at the Customer Service Centre Market Place, Burton or at Uttoxeter Library.
