If you have extra cardboard, tear or flatten the pieces to the size of your blue bag, secure together (not in any type of bag or bin liner) and leave beside your blue bag for collection. If you regularly have excess cardboard you can request an additional blue bag free of charge by calling 0800 269098 or emailing environment@eaststaffsbc.gov.uk.
What can go into the blue bag?

Oversize cardboard, or cardboard that cannot be broken down should be taken to the Household Waste and Recycling Centre.
When is the blue bin and bag collected?
Find out when your blue bag is scheduled to be collected.
We collect on bank holidays (excluding Christmas and New Year).
How should I present my blue bag?
Ideally at the side of your blue bin but if you do present it in your blue bin please ensure that it is at the top.
