What happens if your Hessian blue bag goes missing?

Please contact Environment Services on 0800 269098 and they can replace the bag with blue plastic bags. Alternatively you can put your newspapers out in a carrier bag and they will be collected.

When is the blue bin and bag collected?

We collect on bank holidays (excluding Christmas and New Year).
