Pre-application Advice

The pre application and enquiry service has TEMPORARILY been SUSPENDED due to the high volume of applications we are receiving. Pre applications for major and strategic developments will continue to be accepted.

Alternatively you can submit a certificate of lawfulness application. 

The Local Development Scheme (LDS) is the project plan for the Local Plan. It sets out the timetable of when Local Development Documents will be prepared. The Council will keep the programme set out in the LDS under review and report progress in the local authorities Annual Monitoring Report.
