The Walking for Health Scheme is funded by East Staffordshire Borough Council and supported by the Ramblers and MacMillan Cancer Support and the Walking for Health Committee.
Walking is a great form of exercise that is easy, sociable and can improve your health. It’s currently recommended that you should aim to do 150 minutes of moderate physical activity a week. If you come along to a health walk, this can go some way towards this goal. All Health Walks in East Staffordshire are free and open to anybody wanting to walk and explore the local community.
