Black History month

A CCF grant was awarded to Burton Caribbean Association to contribute towards the costs of an opening event for their Black History month celebrations.

The launch event was held on 5th October and the CCF grant was used to contribute to the costs of speakers and other artists performing at the event.

Riverside Park Resident Hub

A CCF grant was awarded to Riverside Park Residents Association for the conversion of a cabin to create a hub for residents to help reduce isolation.

The CCF grant was used to purchase materials for work to the interior of the building, the construction of a balustrade and the purchase of tables and chairs.


Audio equipment

A CCF grant was awarded to the National Brewery Heritage Trust for the purchase of audio recording equipment.

The recording equipment will enable the Trust to undertake the recording of a series of audio histories to add to the collection at the National Brewery Centre.
