Get rid of large unwanted items

We are unable to offer refunds if the items are taken by a third party/scrap merchant before we arrive or if the items are not out for collection.

Before you ask us to collect an unwanted item, can you get rid of the item at your local recycling centre?

We can collect domestic appliances, furniture and similar household items up to a maximum of 10 items.

We can collect up to 3 fridges or freezers at a cost £21.78 per unit.

We will collect your unwanted items within 5 working days.

How much does it cost?

  • You can have up to three items collected for £32.67
  • If you wish to have more than three items collected, each additional item is £7.62. We can only collect a maximum of ten items.
  • Fridge or freezer can be collected at £21.78 per unit

What we can't collect

We are unable to collect asbestos, batteries, boilers, bricks, rubble, broken glass, ceramic baths, garage doors, cement, soil, liquid waste inc. paint, oil and tins/drums, tyres or cast iron products, i.e. baths, rayburn cookers, aga cookers, etc. , gas bottles/cylinders, metal car parts,greenhouses, sheds, summerhouses, pianos/organs or sun beds.
