Coronavirus: Customer Service Centres
The Customer Service Centre in Burton is closed until at least the 2nd December 2020. The Customer Service Centre in Uttoxeter remains closed. All enquiries normally dealt with face to face are being managed by telephone, email, through the Council website or post.

Burton Customer Service Centre - Accessibility
The Customer Service Centre in Burton is located next to the Market Hall in Market Place in a fully pedestrianised area of Burton Town Centre. Access to the building is through a wide automatic door system, and as the building is on one level there are no steps or ramps to negotiate. Assistance dogs are welcome when accompanied by their owners/handlers.
Car Parking / Bus Routes
There are a number of car parks in close proximity to the Centre, all with disabled parking bays available. The Centre is also on a main bus route into the Town Centre.

Hearing Loop
The Centre has hearing loops systems installed. Please set your hearing aid to the ‘T’ setting when stepping inside the building.
Other services
We can provide literature in large font if requested and there is a translation and sign language service available (which must be booked in advance).
A Disabled toilet is available in the Market Hall next to the Centre.
Uttoxeter Customer Service Centre - Accessibility
The Customer Service Centre in Uttoxeter is located in the Library run by Staffordshire County Council in the High Street in Uttoxeter. Access to the building is through a wide automatic door system, and the Customer Service Centre desk sits at the top of a gradual ramp within the building. Assistance dogs are welcome when accompanied by their owners/handlers.

There is a car park in close proximity to the Centre with disabled parking bays available. The Centre is also on a main bus route into the Town Centre.
