East Staffordshire Borough Council is removing car parking charges on all Council owned car parks on Saturday 3rd, 10th, 17th, and 24th December 2022.
Councillor Bernard Peters, Cabinet Member for Communities and Housing Standards, said: “In the lead up to Christmas, Saturdays are one of the busiest shopping days. In removing car parking charges on these dates we hope to see increased footfall around Burton and Uttoxeter, providing local businesses and retailers with a much welcomed economic boost.”
