Coronavirus: Car Parking

East Staffordshire Borough Council has announced that it is temporarily suspending car parking charges due to the Coronavirus pandemic.

The temporary suspension to parking charges will apply to all Council operated car parks across East Staffordshire.

Other ESBC services affected by Coronavirus

The Blue Badge Scheme provides a national arrangement of parking concessions for people with severe walking difficulties who travel either as drivers or passengers. The scheme also applies to registered blind people, and people with very severe upper limb disabilities who regularly drive a vehicle but cannot turn a steering wheel by hand.

Where you can park in East Staffordshire

Blue Badge holders can park in any council owned car park free of charge, all day except the Market Place bays where there is a time limit of 1 hour free parking for disabled badge holders then no return within 2 hours. See the list of car parks in East Staffordshire.
