In August 2020 East Staffordshire Borough declared a ‘Climate Emergency’ and has since developed a Climate Change and Nature Strategy and accompanying Climate Change Action Plan.
Climate change and nature recovery are now considered in all East Staffordshire Borough Council decisions, strategies, policies and plans.
